ISIS claims responsibility for Minnesota mall attack


On Saturday at a Minnesota mall, the man who stabbed nine people before being shot dead by an officer that was off-duty  was a “soldier of the Islamic state.” Witnesses and police are claiming the man was wearing a private security company uniform then entered the Crossroads Mall Saturday night estimated around 8 p.m and this led to three people remaining hospitalized, including someone who is in a life- threatening condition. The stabbings occurred in multiple locations inside the mall, including the common area and in several stores. The mall has security teams on site but they are not armed. So, the police knew the attacked, but even though he was not identified, it was reported that he has previous encounters with police. The FBI is calling the attack “a potential act of terrorism,” and the city has changed forever with racking up on security.
